Basic Freediving - Basic Freediving Course

Direct contact, in one breath, with the underwater world without the aid of equipment is synonymous with excitement, awe, absolute peace. Freediving, freediving in English, is a sport that encompasses technique, equipment and the appropriate mental attitude. For some it is a way to relax, for others a challenge to achieve ever more ambitious results, and for still others the indispensable training to practice spearfishing safely. IncantoBlu offers you a basic SSI Freediving course that can conclude in the pool or with trips to the sea. The course will be held on 01/25/2022 and includes: - 7 pools of 1 hour and 45 minutes (last pool March 8) - 3 zoom theory meetings based on a digital SSI manual - issuance of an SSI certification To participate in the course you must be in possession of a mask with snorkel and suitable fins (at AcquaMarina there are some solutions about it).
