Deep Diving

The SSI Deep Diving Specialty prepares you to dive to 40 meters depth. You will learn dive planning, gas management, emergency procedures and adaptation to pressure and environment so you can dive deeper with confidence. After obtaining this certification, you may dive to 40 meters and have access to deeper wrecks, reefs and advanced training programs. Training includes a 4-hour theory session with dive planning workshop, a preparatory pool lesson and three outdoor water dives between 18 and 40 meters. The outdoor water dives are scheduled flexibly in consultation with each participant so you can complete at your pace and according to your schedule.
