Divemaster

The Divemaster program is the first step in an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your dive buddies and become a diving ambassador by enrolling in the Divemaster program. All you need to get started is 40 logged/recorded dives and certifications in Deep Diving Navigation, Night Vision and Limited or at least one logged/documented dive experience in each area as well as Diver Stress and Rescue. You will be qualified as a Dive Guide after successfully completing the Divemaster program. When your interest is to turn your passion into a career by guiding qualified divers, teaching environmental science programs, assisting instructors or even becoming an instructor yourself, your next step is to upgrade to Divemaster with at least 60 points. Upgrade to Divemaster immediately or anytime thereafter by self-studying Science of Diving, and passing the digital final exam that makes you an SSI professional.
