No-Fins Freediving Pool

Back to nature! Dive naturally and efficiently into another world without fins. No fins diving is relaxing and challenging at the same time. Once you have learned the right technique, you glide along underwater with little effort. Movement and rest alternate in a constant rhythm. Challenge yourself once again and enjoy your success. We will show you how to move efficiently and effortlessly underwater without fins. There are two variants of no fins diving. DNF - dynamic no fins and CNF - constant weight no fins. DNF - dynamic no fins is horizontal diving at a selected constant depth between 1 1/2 m and 3 m. CNF - constant weight no fins is diving into the depths with a constant weight system. The depth limits depend on the student's previous knowledge and existing certifications in freediving. These SSI specialty programs no fins DNF and no fins CNF are each completed with a certificate.
