Open Water Diver

You have taken the right step, at Vadum Maris you will discover the marine world by receiving a fully personalized training, of the highest quality and adapted to your progress. You will learn techniques and skills that will give you total control over the dives and that will differentiate you from other divers. Our Open Water Diver SSI course consists of 3 parts: Theory: You can do the theory part in our professional classroom or from anywhere by connecting to the online training platform on your mobile device, tablet or pc. Pool practice: Our teaching is progressive so we will start in a confined environment, that we all know and where you feel safe, a pool. Together with your instructor you will practice exercises in shallow water and you will begin to feel like a diver. Practices in the sea: In shallow water we will put into practice everything we have learned in the pool, then little by little, we will increase the depth in the last dives until we reach the maximum depth of the course. Once you have completed the practices you will be ready to dive independently anywhere in the world, with enviable safety protocols and respect for the environment. In Vadum Maris we train divers of such a high level, that we want them as diving partners for the rest of our lives, because this has only just begun... You will have everything you need for the course: Diving manuals, logbook, theory sessions, complete equipment for all practices, transportation to the different dive sites, accident insurance, paperwork and certification.
