Open Water Instructor Evaluation (IE)

Open Water Instructor Evaluations are open to anyone who has completed an SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC) or has failed a previous SSI Instructor Evaluation. The schedule for this event is as follows (and is subject to change based on the number of candidates participating in the program):

• Orientation starts Wednesday, 3/15 at 7:00 PM. This will include the SSI Educational System Evaluation, Final Written Exam, and Topic Assignments
• Thursday, 3/16 starting at 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Academic and Pool Presentations (1 each), Open Water Skill Demonstrations (3 skills), and Stress & Rescue Skill Demonstration (1 skill).
• Final day will be Friday, 3/17 starting at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Open Water Presentations ((2 skills) will be a boat dive, weather permitting), and Paperwork completion.
