Open Water Instructor (Instructor Training Course ITC)

Get started today - You must be a Divemaster or equivalent to participate in SSI's 3-Step Instructor Training. Training begins with a combination of an Assistant Instructor/Instructor Training Course and Digital Learning. After completing the Instructor Training Course (ITC), you will undergo Instructor Evaluation (IE) and be certified as an SSI Open Water Instructor. This 10-day training program allows you to independently teach a variety of key SSI programs, including Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Diver Stress & Rescue, and Dive Guide. If you want more time to learn and gain valuable teaching experience during your training program, you can take the Assistant Instructor, Instructor Training Course (ITC), and Instructor Evaluation (IE) parts of the program at your own pace and with a flexible You can also take the courses one after the other at your own pace and flexible schedule.
