The focus of the SSI Stress & Rescue specialty is dive safety, which is based on the diver's awareness of what should and should not be done in the water. The course will begin with al first pool on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at Aquatica (Corso Galileo Ferraris 290 - TO). During the course, the various sources of stress for a diver are addressed, how to anticipate, recognize and manage them. The course is structured in: 3 meetings in the classroom: the comparison and discussion of various experiences will be the main thread of the analysis that will be made on safety 4 meetings in the pool (27/01 - 03/02 - 11/02 - 18/02): exercises on skills acquired in previous courses, learning new safety skills on oneself and on the companion 1 day at sea: to apply various dive stress scenarios in a real environment The SSI Stress & Rescue course is the heart of the Safety & Responsibility Pathway proposed by IncantoBlu, which includes two other fundamental SSI courses: React Right: first aid course for lay people (bls, defibrillator, oxygen administration), pre requisite for the Stress & Rescue Equipment Techniques course: in-depth course on equipment with focus on possible problems that can occur
