Science of Diving

Diving is safer when you know more about it. In this course you will deepen your knowledge of the laws of physics, the influence of increased ambient pressure on your body, decompression theories and diseases, tips and tricks on diving equipment and the diving environment. The course is the foundation for most SSI Professional courses as well as some Extended Range courses and is an essential part of deepening your diving knowledge. Upon completion of the course, you will be halfway to the coveted SSI Divemaster rating.
