Stress & Rescue

SSI's Diver Stress and Rescue specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to identify stress, avoid accidents, and learn practical techniques for performing rescues and providing emergency care. With a combination of hands-on pool and open water sessions, you'll become well-prepared and confident to handle emergency and rescue situations. Upon completion, you will receive the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification.
