Stress & Rescue

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to identify stress, prevent accidents and learn practical techniques to provide rescue and emergency care. Through a combination of pool and open water practice sessions, you will be well prepared and confident in dealing with emergency and rescue situations. On completion, you will receive the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certificate.
