An Open Water course consists of the following 4 pool sessions on Friday evening from 2030 to 2245 hours in pool "de Warande" in Oosterhout 1 theory session on Wednesday or Tuesday evening from 1900 to 2200 hours in our Diving Center at de veldsteen 14 in Breda Breda 2x2 outdoor dives which we usually do at the "nion" lake at Raamsdonksveer* *As an option you can also choose to dive 1 day at TODI or Dive4Life in consultation with the instructor(s) and can only take place if the whole group chooses this option. The SSI Deep Diving Specialty teaches you everything you need to dive to depths between 18 and 40 meters through a mix of theory and open water diving. You'll learn how to plan and make your deep diving adventures safe and use computers and gas consumption calculations to get the most out of your deep dives. Upon completion, you will earn your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore beautiful deep dive sites wherever you want. This SSI specialty is also a requirement for other advanced courses making it the next logical step to get your Deep Diver certification.
