When diving from land, you will notice how easy it is to reach your favorite dive sites from the shore. Waves, currents and tides have a big influence on your diving experience and can also jeopardize your safety underwater if you don't know how to deal with them. In the SSI Waves, Tides & Currents Specialty course you will improve your diving skills and understanding of dynamic water movement to dive safely in a variety of environments. You will gain a better understanding of open water situations and learn to better assess environmental conditions.
