The most southern rocks in Samesarn area, extra 30 mins by dive boat from Chuang Island. It is also a practice target for the navy. You can find bullets, and missiles underwater. It is safe (sort of).

The dive site is not far from the Samaesarn pier. This place is suitable for any beginner levels - Freediver or Scuba . The site is sandy from shallow to deeper area.

It’s a beautiful artificial coral block, there’s a lot of small fish, and there’s also a lot of nudi species. Ashok is based on an artificial coral block. The depth is 7 meters, open water students can be tested, there are no currents.

About 3 km from the pier. Hard coral to be found in the depth 5m - 12m (depends on the tide). Deeper is all sandy area where is the heaven of the macro world. As the location is Samaesarn island, when the water is rising or falling, you can have a drift dive. Then the advanced level is recommended.

Ao Wong Duen (★3.9)

This dive site is approx. 40 mins from Samaesan pier or only 9 kilometers distance away. An easily accessible site suitable for snorkeling and entry level divers, the reef starts at just 3m long way through 10m. Then you can also get the sand slope to the depth of 16m.

Koh Khram Noi locate at the north of Koh Khram Yai. The highlight is the variety of hard coral reefs around the Eastern side and also many huge sponge and sea fan at the north tip.

Soneva Reef (★4.1)

Soneva reef is a dive site with lots of hard corals and you get to see often turtles, stingrays, scorpion fish. The depth is 12 meters, great for beginners and advanced divers.

Unseen dive site of Koh Khram Yai at the southern side, from top of coral reef gradually slope from 4 to 8 meters. Outer side is only sandy slope to deep down to 30 meters.

Small pinnacle nearby Blueberry Hill and Hin Larp. Maximum depth at sandy bottom around 15 meters. Suitable for beginner diver but should be aware for coral reef at bottom.

Koh Khram Yai North is the the good place for beginner and also advanced diver who are interested in small marine animals such as Nudi, sea horse, tiger goby etc.

It is a pile of rocks with a wide base and a top that does not protrude from the water. Locals call it “Hin Kueak Mar“, which means “horseshoe rock“.
