Basic Freediver
The SSI Basic Freediver course is your first step into the calm, exhilarating world of freediving. In this entry-level course, you'll learn how to freedive safely in a pool with a partner to depths of up to 5 meters. Online training combined with in-water practice provides you with all the skills and knowledge you need to become a confident freediver. Upon completion of the course, you will receive the SSI Basic Freediver Certificate.
