Gas Blender Nitrox/Trimix

Proper gas blending is essential for safe breathing underwater. The SSI Gas Blender course teaches you the skills and concepts required to safely blend nitrox and helium-based trimix gases. This non-diving program is open to certified and non-certified divers and teaches the correct application of math, gas blending software, physics and techniques necessary to safely blend breathing gases. Upon completion of this course, you will receive either the SSI Nitrox Gas Blender or SSI Trimix Gas Blender certification. Start online today!

Enriched Air Nitrox (32%)

The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox program shows you how to safely plan and conduct dives with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Diving with oxygen enriched air (EAN) increases your decompression limits and your safety and reduces the required length of surface intervals compared to air. You will receive the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification upon completion of this program.
