The artificial lake (lignite was mined here) near Vienna offers many training opportunities for beginners and advanced divers, especially at the TB Lorenc entrance; currently 2 5, 2 8, 12 and 20 meter platforms, 2 buoyancy tubes and many new sights sunk by dedicated divers.
This location is a gravel pit, located near Bratislava, about 3 km from the city of Podunajské Biskupice, near the villages Rovinka and Dunajská Lužná. Košariská is interesting mainly due to the depth. You can find places with depths up to 43m. The water in the lakes is clean and the quality is close to drinking.
Entry by the stairs at the jetty. On the right side there are several platforms and after a few minutes there is a rock wall that reaches to about 25m depth. On the left side is the pike meadow, to about 7m, it is nicely overgrown with underwater plants.
One of the most beautiful dive sites islands of Rovinj. In the upper portion of the centre of the island there is the entrance to a small cave. (About 5 meters). A corridor leads into the central room of the cave, which is lit up by the sun through an opening. The dark parts of the cave are home to red starfish.
The dive sites is located directly in front of the Dive Center, in the Marina of the Camping Vestar. The maximum depth is 4/5 meter and it is perfect for try dive, mermaiding, night dive, equipment test and refresh dive.
The max depth of this site is 25m with a shallowly sloping shore. There are platforms at 5m, 10m, and 20m. Special features include a small sailing boat to the left of the 5m platform at the entrance, a motorbike, and several POIs.
Going south past the platform at 10m, you can dive for a long time at a depth 15 - 20m over several ridges. Under the shore in the west there is a smaller steep wall with small caves. Above an overgrown edge at about 6m, you can follow, along your left shoulder, back to the entrance.
This is almost a secret spot, which is only approached by a few diving centres. The beautiful reef resembles an extensive underwater plateau with many terraced gradations.The richly vegetated reef begins 8 meters below the water surface and extends to a depth of over 25 meters.

This dive site on the outskirts of the small island Sturago consists of many interesting rock formations and a canyon is to dive as well. Since the dive site 12 meters and up the most interesting, is the sufficient time to relax and look in the many crevices a lot of aquatic life awaits us.
Diving on the reef can be very difficult. It begins at a depth of 6 meters/18 feet and then slopes down in terraces to around 43 meters/145 ft meters. Due to the boat traffic during the season and the extreme currents, diving is often only possible outside of the high season and only for experienced divers.
This island i s a favorite beginner’s destination because of its terrace-shaped underwater structure and depths not greater than/under 20 meters.
The dive begins on a shallow plateau at a depth of 5m and goes down slightly to the southwest until it reaches a wall that gently drops to 30m of depth, which we follow on its right side. The slope extends throughout the south side of the Brijuni Islands, which are decorated with numerous pinnacles.
This is the dive with by far the most underwater flora and fauna, accessible to all diving categories. We begin by descending to a depth of 10 m and then we dive within the same depth for the first few minutes on the southern side of the island.
Dive site Neufeldsee Strandbad. Located at the southern end of the Neufeldsee. Access from the parking lot about 100m. Two jetties are available. There is a platform at 5m deep. The shore area is shallow, then steeply slopes down to >8m. WC facilities are open in the winter.
