Search & Recovery

In this fascinating program, you'll learn all the skills you need to conduct search and recovery dives safely and confidently. You'll learn search patterns, special dive plans and how to use equipment such as lift bags, lines and reels. By developing search and communication skills and practicing searches on a dive team, you'll become a confident search and rescue diver. Upon completion of the course, you'll earn the SSI Search and Recovery Specialty rating.
