This globally recognized certification program is the best way to begin your lifelong adventures as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification. Open Water Diver course lasts 2-3 days and consists of electronic theory, exercises in shallow water and 4 dives: 1) Theory helps you to understand the importance of equipment, safety, and how to move underwater. You can do this part comfortably at your home the days before the start of the practice, from your computer or smartphone. 2) Exercises underwater and on the surface will make you feel confident with the equipment and they will help us to solve any issues that may come up deeper underwater beforehand. 3) Once we finish the exercises, we will do 2 dives at a maximum depth of 12 meters and the other 2 at a maximum depth of 18 meters where we will continue practicing everything learned previously. The price includes all equipment. It is required to be over 10 years old. Children between 10 and 14 years old are certified as Junior Open Water Divers with a restriction of 12 meters of depth. When they reach the age of 15 years old they automatically become Open Water Divers. Upon finishing the course divers over 14 years old are qualified to dive with a buddy up to 18 meters deep.

In this flexible dive program, you can choose which subjects you want to learn about, including primary assessment, first aid, CPR and primary stabilization techniques. You can also learn about oxygen administration in diving emergencies and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) basics. The SSI Deep Diving Specialty is a course designed to teach you everything you need to safely dive to depths between 18 and 40 meters, which is a maximum depth for recreational diving. This certification will help you plan and complete your deep dives using dive computers and gas consumption calculations, ensuring you get the most out of your deep diving adventures. The course is a mix of academic sessions and four open-water dives in the ocean, taking place over 2 days. It’s designed for divers who already hold an Open Water Diver (OWD) certification or an equivalent from another diving federation. Upon completion, you will earn your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification, allowing you to explore beautiful deep dive sites and take your diving skills to the next level. The course includes a combination of online learning, theoretical lessons, and practical open water training dives, where you will learn how to enter and exit the water, use specialized equipment, and communicate easily with your buddy in these challenging conditions. At night, divers have the opportunity to observe what is typically hidden during the day, as well as animal behaviors that differ significantly from those seen in daylight. This program will not only teach you how to dive in limited visibility but also provide you with the skills needed for a safe and enjoyable night dive experience.
