The SSI Deep Diving Specialty is a course designed to teach you everything you need to safely dive to depths between 18 and 40 meters, which is a maximum depth for recreational diving. This certification will help you plan and complete your deep dives using dive computers and gas consumption calculations, ensuring you get the most out of your deep diving adventures. The course is a mix of academic sessions and four open-water dives in the ocean, taking place over 2 days. It’s designed for divers who already hold an Open Water Diver (OWD) certification or an equivalent from another diving federation. Upon completion, you will earn your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification, allowing you to explore beautiful deep dive sites and take your diving skills to the next level.
