Pool Session at BCP Dolphin Leisure Centre: Get comfortable with the equipment and experience the thrill of weightlessness in a safe, controlled environment. Your Experience Timeline The pool session is designed to be thorough and supportive, lasting approximately 2 to 2.5 hours in total: 1-Hour Briefing: Your instructor will guide you through how the equipment works, essential safety signals, and what to expect in the water. 45 Minutes on Scuba: Head into the pool to take your first breaths underwater, practice some basic skills, and enjoy the feeling of diving.
