SSI OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE The SSI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular entry-level certification – your ticket to explore the underwater world with a buddy, anywhere in the world, to a depth of 18m. --- YOUR SCHEDULE --- This programme is scheduled across 7 practical dates: Orientation Evening (at our Dive Centre) Pool Sessions (BCP Dolphin Leisure Centre) Open Water Dives (Vobster Quay) ** IMPORTANT: If you cannot make all of the scheduled dates, please get in touch BEFORE booking. We are happy to adjust your schedule free of charge before you book. (Charges may apply for changes made after booking). --- HOW IT WORKS --- ORIENTATION EVENING: Meet your instructor, complete paperwork, and get your equipment ready for the course. POOL SESSIONS: Learn and practice your scuba skills in a safe, supportive environment at BCP Dolphin Leisure Centre. OPEN WATER DIVES: Apply your skills in real-world conditions during 4 dives at Vobster Quay. --- WHAT IS INCLUDED --- SSI Digital eLearning: Study at your own pace via the SSI app. Professional Instruction: Personal support from our SSI Professionals. Pool Training: All facility fees included. 4 Open Water Dives: Putting your skills into action. Scuba Equipment: Rental of BCD, Regulators, Cylinder, and Wetsuit. Digital Certification Card: Internationally recognised qualification. --- WHAT YOU NEED --- Every diver needs their own MASK, SNORKEL, and BOOTS. These are personal items where comfort, fit, and hygiene really matter. Avoid the guesswork of buying online; we have great value kit bundles available. We will professionally fit them for you on your first night to ensure they don't leak or cause discomfort! --- ADDITIONAL COSTS --- Vobster Quay Entry: £24.50 per day (payable directly to the site).
