C-50 Rivapalacios (Wreck)
The C-50 Rivapalacios is a decommissioned Naval ship from WWII sitting off the coast of Isla Verde and was sunk in 2000 as an artificial reef. Today the 180-foot wreck sits upright in about 90 feet of water and is recommended for advanced divers only.
The wreck is home to a large variety of reef fish including the longnose batfish and a nice colony of colorful corals and sponges.
