It is 800 meters long in the longest part and 400 meters wide in the widest part. The deepest is 35 meters. The bottom is not of the same configuration everywhere, but the bottom itself is covered with gravel, and it is stepped from the coal mining. The coast is indented with small bays.
The flora consists of aquatic plants. Planned stocking contributed to the fauna. The Sicki kop was also stocked with catfish, babushka, carp, and grass carp.
