Requirements
Embark on your first diving certification to explore the seabed up to 18 meters independently. Just bring your swimsuit and towel. Beforehand, you'll need to obtain a medical certificate from a doctor stating that you are fit to dive (safety first). The theoretical part is done online via the MySSI application; after filling in a few documents, you'll be ready to take the plunge.

You will have 6 practical sessions (with equipment) in a protected environment (maximum 6m) and 4 practical sessions (with equipment) in a natural environment 2X (maximum 12m) and 2X (maximum 18m).
