In this flexible dive program, you can choose which subjects you want to learn about, including primary assessment, first aid, CPR and primary stabilization techniques. Reset your nervous system midweek. Our Midweek Reset blends guided breathwork with sauna and cold-water immersion to build calm, resilience and recovery — no diving required. A grounding practice for body and mind, open to everyone. Held at the studio, Wednesday evenings.

A weekly after-school freediving club for kids in Kerikeri. Build water confidence, breath-hold skills and ocean awareness in a fun, safe and supportive group. Runs each term, Tuesdays 3:30pm. A wonderful way for young ocean lovers to grow their skills and make friends.
