Not quite sure if diving is right for you? We offer you the opportunity to try scuba diving with a device in a controlled environment - a pool under the expert supervision of a Happy Divers instructor as part of the SSI Try Scuba program. The dive begins with a briefing in which you will learn about the basics of scuba diving, the equipment used and safety principles. We will also thoroughly explain everything that awaits you at the pool. This is followed by the assembly of the diving apparatus and your first breath underwater. In approximately 45 minutes you will try breathing underwater in the pool, moving underwater... It is up to you whether you want to just swim or also try practicing some of the skills from the Open Water Diver course. The price includes the rental of all equipment, access to the pool, online material, and the accompaniment of the instructor. Tip: You can also give this program to someone as a gift. This globally recognized training program is the best way to begin your lifelong adventure as a certified diver. One-on-one instruction is combined with in-water training, allowing you to gain the skills and experience needed to feel truly comfortable underwater. Upon completing the course, you will be certified as an SSI Open Water Diver.

The Divemaster program is the first step on an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your dive buddies and become a diving ambassador by completing the Divemaster program. All you need is 40 logged/verified dives and certification in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility or at least 5 logged/verified dives in each area plus Diver Stress & Rescue. Upon successful completion of the Divemaster program, you will be certified as a Dive Guide. If you want to turn your passion into a profession and become a Certified Dive Guide, Environmental Program Instructor, Assistant Instructor or even an Instructor, the next step is to upgrade to a Divemaster with a minimum of 60 logged/verified dives. You can upgrade to Divemaster immediately or anytime later after self-studying the Science of Diving materials and passing the final exam that will make you an SSI professional.

For September we have prepared a long weekend to Croatia on the Istrian peninsula. St. Marina is very popular among divers for its diversity. The home reef offers interesting dives for both beginners and advanced divers.

We're going diving in Montenegro, right in the Bay of Kotor. The Bay of Kotor is the largest natural bay in the southern Adriatic Sea and is divided into four smaller bays - Herceg Novi, Risan, Kotor and Tivat. Its length is 28km and at its narrowest point is 350m. The bay offers a large number of diving sites such as natural reefs, underwater caves, submarine garages and of course wrecks. An unforgettable dive may be the flooded marketplace, where the remains of old amphorae can still be found.

Horka quarry - a beautiful quarry with an average visibility of about 8 meters and a water temperature of about 18 degrees. Maximum depth 35 metres. Various attractions for divers are installed in the quarry. Perfect conditions for diving in fresh water await you, and you have the opportunity to complete the OWD and AOWD course.

Granite quarry of approximately 1 ha. Maximum depth is 25 metres. At a depth of 20 metres, divers encounter a caisson that can easily accommodate 2 - 3 people. A great attraction is also the open-air museum at a depth of 10 m, where you will find mining carts, a workshop, jackhammers, etc. Underwater you can see these inhabitants of the water kingdom - carp, pike, bream, sturgeon, catfish, mussels and crayfish.

As a Nitrox diver, you can extend your bottom time and safety margins and shorten your surface intervals between dives—so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting! In this program, you’ll master new skills and expand your diving knowledge while learning to safely plan and conduct dives with an air mixture enriched with up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you’ll earn your SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

If you can't decide which SSI specialty programs are the best choice for you, apply for the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program! You'll try out deep diving and navigation and a variety of 3 other specializations of your choice before committing to full specialization training. It's a great way to experience what advanced dive training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver program, you'll try 5 different specializations by completing one open water training dive for each specialization after a comprehensive briefing with an SSI instructor. Completing this program gives you complete freedom to explore. At any time in the future, you can take the complete specialization training and count your Advanced Open Water Diver training towards it.

We have prepared for you a night dive at Žernovka quarry, which is near Prague, outside Říčany near Mukařov.

This specialty program will provide you with the knowledge and advanced skills you need to navigate safely and confidently underwater. You will learn how to properly use a compass, natural navigation techniques, distance estimation, leaving and returning to a specific point, and simple navigation patterns. You will also learn how to combine navigation techniques to optimize your diving experience. All of this will contribute to improving your underwater observation skills, increasing your safety while diving and getting the most out of every dive. Upon completion of the course, you will be certified as an SSI Navigation Specialty.
