The fascination of river diving. Crystal clear water, mystical play of light under water. Diving in this atmosphere is a very special experience. The wild nature of the Verzasca Valley, with its lush green chestnut forests on the steep mountain slopes, radiates power and tranquillity, as does the course of the Verzasca River. Cozy grottos, which offer Ticino specialties prepared with love and passion, and accommodation in a prime location make this excursion a weekend of pleasure.

We meet every Thursday at 19:00 for a fun dive. The choice of dive sites and the dive plan depend on the level of training of the participants, as well as the weather and visibility conditions. Before the dive there is a briefing and the buddy teams are divided up. After the dive, we cultivate camaraderie with a logbook entry and a deco beer. The provisional program can be viewed on our website. Changes may be made at short notice due to weather conditions, for example. The definitive dive site will be posted by 18:00 on the respective dive day at the latest and communicated via the "Thursday Diving" group chat. Take an Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty course if you want to shorten your surface intervals and extend your dive time. You'll spend more time exploring your favorite dive sites instead of waiting! With the course you will expand your diving knowledge to plan safe dives with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. After completing the course, you will receive an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification for 32% or 40%.

This specialty course provides you with the knowledge and advanced skills you need to navigate safely and confidently underwater. You will learn the correct use of the compass, natural navigation techniques, estimating distances, leaving and returning to a given point and simple navigation patterns. You will also learn how to combine navigation techniques to optimize your diving experience. All of this will sharpen your underwater observation skills, increase your diving safety and help you get the most out of every dive. Upon completion of the course, you will receive the SSI Navigation Specialty certification.

Experience your first breaths underwater. With an instructor by your side, you will dive into the magic of scuba diving. After about 20 minutes of theory, we will accompany you underwater for 20 minutes with a complete Total Diving System.Try diving on the open pool day is possible from the age of 12. Prerequisites are complete health documented by a completed health questionnaire.
