Key Requirements
- Minimum Age: 10 years old (10-14 year olds receive a "Junior Open Water" certification).
- Swimming Ability: You must be able to swim 200 meters (or 300 meters with mask, fins, and snorkel) and float/stay afloat for 10 minutes.
- Physical Health: A medical questionnaire is required to ensure you are fit to dive.
