Deep Diving Course (40m)

If you want to practice your practical diving skills and learn new swimming techniques and how to use your equipment, these classes are for you. This workshop is dedicated to perfecting your forward and backward breaststroke techniques, proper trim, hovering, and techniques for using a buoy and a reel. If there’s a specific skill you’d really like to master—let us know, and we’ll tailor the class to your needs :) The program takes place at the POSiR “Chwiałka” swimming pool in Poznań

The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will teach you everything you need to know to dive between 18 and 40 meters, through a combination of classroom instruction and open-water dives. You’ll learn how to plan and safely fulfill your deep-diving dreams. You’ll learn how to use a dive computer effectively and understand gas consumption calculations so you can fully enjoy your deep dives. Upon completing the SSI Deep Diving Specialty, you’ll receive a certification and be able to explore beautiful, deep dive sites around the world. This SSI Specialty is also a prerequisite for other more advanced courses, making it a natural step in your diving progression.

If you want to make the most of your bottom time and have more fun on your dives, try underwater scooter or diver propulsion vehicle (DPV) diving. In this underwater scooter and DPV course, you will learn the skills and concepts you need to safely plan and conduct dives using scooters or DPVs. You will learn the special precautions needed for using DPVs, how to maintain buddy contact and how to control your equipment, so you can safely enjoy the new dive experiences DPVs provide. Upon completion of this program, you will earn the SSI Scooter/DPV Diving specialty certification and be able to dive up to 30 meters deep with a scooter or DPV.

We would like to invite you to a diving camp organized at the Powidzkie Lake in Giewartów - one of the cleanest bodies of water in Poland, ideal for both starting your diving adventure and developing advanced skills. In this specialization, you will gain the advanced skills and knowledge needed to navigate underwater safely and confidently.
