Dublin Lake is a 240-acre body of water about 0.8 miles long and 0.6 miles at its widest point. The max depth is 110 feet. It is mostly spring-fed. Offers good possibilities for diving and training divers.
Ahern State Park is a 128-acre state-protected area in Laconia on Lake Winnisquam in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. It is open year-round and offers diving, hiking, non-motorized boating, biking, and fishing. Drive all the way down the road to the beach area to park.
Winnisquam is about 10.5 miles long by 1.5 miles wide and has a shoreline of approximately 28.2 miles. There are five islands: Pot, Three, Hog, Loon, and Mohawk.
Just 60ft off Graves Island, the remains of the USS New Hampshire lies in 25-35 ft of water. Accessible by boat, this easy dive is an opportunity to see the last remaining timbers of the once magnificent ship of the line burried in the sandy botto.
