Many of those who complete the course at home also choose to take a dry suit certificate in connection with this. Open Water Diver Abroad Course - Referral This is an option for those who have planned a trip within 12 months of your course start and do not want to use your lovely vacation days to read theory, sit in classrooms and practice diving in the pool. Referral means transfer and means in the diving context that you do all the theory and pool training on a regular Open Water Diver course in Sweden but do the outdoor diving elsewhere. Apart from the obvious advantage of avoiding studying on vacation, you get most of the course in Swedish but get to do your first outdoor dives in warmer waters. After completing theory and pool training with us, you will receive a reference document you present at a dive center worldwide within a year for completion of the course with the four outdoor dives. The certifying instructor will be the one who does the last dive with you. All costs for the dives and certification are settled with the person you do the dives with

With DPVs, you can get more out of your diving as you can cover a larger area and extend your dive time as you use less gas - and most importantly - you'll have a lot of fun. In this DPV Diver course, you'll learn the skills and concepts you need to safely plan and conduct dives with DPVs. You will learn the special precautions required to use DPVs, how to maintain buddy contact and how to adapt equipment, so that you can safely enjoy the new diving experiences that DPVs provide. When you do your DPV course at Dykhuset, you will train on one of the larger DPVs on the market, which is classified as a Technical DPV. Your course program with us will include the longer option leading to Technical DPV Diver
