Welcome to Freedive Northern Ireland. We are Northern Ireland’s first and only Freediving Centre based in Portrush. Trained by national record holder Linda Paganelli, Hanno is a certified SSI Level 2 Instructor excited to bring the amazing underwater world to people of all levels and abilities.

We offer high quality beginner and advanced freediving courses in line with the highest industry Standards and leading teaching materials. In addition, we also offer breathing courses, pool and open water training courses and local shore or boat trips.

★★★★☆ Three Sisters

Park at Carrick Dhu Caravan car park. Short walk down the cliffs and over the reef to the Blackrock headland. The diving spot is in the V-shaped gap in the rocks on the eastern side of the headland. Quite exposed to the waves and will amplify the tiniest swell so only recommended on the calmest days.
