Driven by our passion of freediving, we have spent a few years traveling around Asia to find a place where we can create a freediving school, to make it our home and to invite people with the same patience and life philosophy to share the joy of living and diving together. Freedive Nusa is our work and achievement, where our dream comes true. It is growing up, watered with enthusiasm, fertilized with freediving life style and love to Ocean.
We believe that diving and being in the water is natural for humans. We see our mission in to help other people to remind themselves, how it is to be in the water, to live in the water and to feel free there. We hope there will be more free people like this around us.
Our approach while teaching freediving is not based on chasing numbers or results presented in meters and minutes. Our goal is to teach the consciousness and comfort that is exist in the water, while having fun and pleasure out of it!
We offer freediving courses and training for all levels. We organize freedive trips to Manta Point and all around Nusa Penida to explore awesome dive sites of the island. We guarantee our service and our equipment, you can freedive with confidence at Freedive Nusa. Visit our website or join us on Facebook/Instagram to stay connected!
Large open bays with coral that begins growing in the shallows. As you descend you will meet large rocks covered by amazingly colored coral reefs. Toyapakeh often has strong and sometimes unpredictable currents.
SD Point is an abbreviation for ‘Sekolah Dasar’ or elementary school. It’s arguably the most diverse collection of corals in Bali. Having shelf slope bottom parallel along the beach cover with abundant corals make this site is great for Drift Dive activities. Occasionally the current can be very strong.
Ped is a beautiful dive site on the north side of Nusa Penida. Ped features a sloping reef starting at 5m, descending all the way to 40m and beyond. Currents range from mild to strong.
This dive site is easy access by speed boat and best to dive with the current. Divers and a dive leader should be well coordinating with a speed boat captain about the dive time, pick up point, and exit for the dive. The reef is absolutely beautiful, an extended pristine coral reef.
Located between the dive sites Buyuk and Sental, PMG is marked with a small temple in the shallows and is a common place to see mola mola cleaning (at the right time of year). Usually a gentle drift, this site is a gentle slope with plenty of soft corals and an abundance of fish life.
