Basic Freediver
The SSI Basic Freediver course is your first step into the relaxed, exciting world of freediving. In this entry-level program, you will learn how to safely dive with a partner in a pool/enclosed water to a depth of five meters. Online learning is combined with hands-on in-water training to provide you with all the skills and knowledge you need to become a confident freediver. Upon completion of this program, you will be certified as an SSI Basic Freediver.
