Los Arcos National Park is one of the most popular places to dive in Puerto Vallarta. Nestled in a cluster of granite islands in the southern part of Banderas Bay, this dynamic underwater world is full of places to explore like El Bajo and Devil’s Canyon. There’s lots of marine life to explore as well.
La Media Luna is a naturally occurring thermal spring located right in the heart of Mexico near San Luis Potosi. The water is fairly clear, always calm, and warm, making this an excellent site for newer divers. Because it is a thermal spring, the water is warm enough that most divers do not wear a wetsuit.
The Marietas Islands are a UNESCO World Heritage site and for good reason; the biodiversity found here is incredible and the sheer number of marine animals unmatched.
This is a beach/ocean dive site, suitable for beginner and advanced divers. It is located on the western coast of Mexico near Isla Tenacatita. Although secluded, it is a beautiful area.
If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all this is it. A quiet little town with great sub-tropical pacific diving. The beach is beautiful and the sunken ship just offshore is the main attraction for divers.
