The Donator (Prosper Schiaffino) a reference for wrecks in the mediterranean. The current can be extremely strong. The stern is at 51 m while the bow is at 48 m.

Located between Porquerolles and Port Cros. Head of rock at 18 meters, average depth of 40 meters. Life abounds here, both in terms of flora and fauna. The variety of species found here is considerable, and it's not uncommon to come across pelagic fish, lichen or tuna.

One of the most beautiful wrecks in the Var! Little brother of the Donator, it benefits from the same geographical situation and an incredible amount of life. Not to be missed!

★★★★☆ Épave le Marcel

A wreck from the late 19th century that combined sail and steam propulsion. The dive depth is 31 m and will be almost constant as the structure is very collapsed and all life is concentrated underneath.

A wreck that sank on July 26, 1893 rests on a -25 m sand background in the middle of the Hyeres harbour. They carried “coke“ and many pieces are still present on it in the form of small ultra-light black pebbles.

The northern tip of Porquerolles corresponding to the horn of “l Alycastre“ which represents a petrified dragon defeated by a knight. The island of Porquerolles would be the sleeping body of the beast sealed by the various fortifications of the island to avoid awakening.

★★★★☆ Pointe Escampobariou

The famous chimney, which starts at -6 m and emerges along the drop-off at around -18 m, remains a unique feature of the Giens peninsula. Located under one of the most difficult capes to navigate in strong out winds, it marks the easternmost entrance to the Toulon harbor.

The wreck that gave rise to the wildest fantasies of several generations of divers, with its cargo of gold lost in 1856 at -49 m and never found...

also known as the “Pascal“ rock face, it is the shallowest of the western porquerolles rock faces, with -12 at its summit. you can easily find -25 or even deeper if you reach the nearby murènes rock face.

Located on the west coast of Porquerolles, this is a submerged ridge running parallel to the Porquerolles cliffs. 2 buoys mark the site in high season. Maximum depth is -35 m.

A small wreck accessible on baptism, located under the northern cardinal of La Jeaune Garde on the south-western tip of Porquerolles. Depth varies between -3 and -12 m.

★★★★☆ Sec des Murènes, Porquerolles

The most westerly rock on the island of Porquerolles, anchored at 19m. Maximum depth is 40 m. It is possible to reach the dry Jeaune Garde during the same dive.
