There is no bad time of year to dive in Búzios, since the cool upwelled waters from Antarctica transport nutrients to the coast of Búzios and bring with them some incredible marine life along the coast. It is worth noting, however, that the best visibility, up to 25 meters/82 feet, is during the summer (December through February), and that winds can get stronger during the month of May, leading to reduced visibility.
