The shallow depth at the beginning makes it a great site for conducting courses and introduction dives. This site is very beautiful for the snorkeler as well. Many times you will see dolphins and eagle rays here. ORCA DIVE CLUB Paradisio, El Gouna Gota Iris (★4.4) Gota Iris is the last block from Shaab Iris. Shaab Iris is located in the Abu Nugar region, which is about 1.5 hours from El Gouna and consists of a main reef and many coral blocks. The average depth is 14m. ORCA DIVE CLUB Paradisio, El Gouna Poseidon Reef (★4.1) Poseidon is in the south of Shaab El Erg which is about 1h 15min east from El Gouna. Its a beautiful coral garden where you can find often big groups of fish. ORCA DIVE CLUB Paradisio, El Gouna Shabha (★4.5) Under 1h from El Gouna to the south you can find the beautiful reef block of Shabha. The top of the reef starts just under the water’s surface and extends all the way to the sandy bottom just 14m deep, making this a shallow dive. To circle the entire reef will take you about 1h. On the east side there are also some pinnacles. SSI Service Center Egypt, Hurghada Elphinstone South (★4.4) Elphinstone South is an amazing off-shore reef dive and preferred by many as an afternoon dive due to the fantastic lighting. The dive slopes down from 18m deep to the deepest top of the plateau at 40m. Mares Villa Koraffi (★4.4) Easy dive along the coast; max. depth: >40 meter; distance: about 15 minutes in north of Port Ghalib. Boat diving. mostly slight current from north to south. Aqualung Marsa Egla (★4.3) A great shore dive that is located 11km from Marsa Alam. There is easy access to the water in a bay format, suitable for entry level and experienced divers alike. The reef extends to the north and to the south where the bay divides; you can decide which direction to go...they are both good dives. PLONGEQUILIBRE, 75008 PARIS Marsa Shagra House Reef (★4.4) Marsa Shagara is a bay with an easy sand bottom entrance that leads to South or North reef dives. The depth starts at 1m and drops to 40m + outside the bay. It is one of the most pristine house reef dives in the south. This dive is great for entry level and experienced divers. Hans E. (#3545391) Sha’ab Marsa Alam (★4.3) Dive site is 10min by boat from Marsa Alam marina. The perfect place for a drift dive around the reef. Nice, colorful coral all around plus a small, old wreck to explore. Mares, Janez Kranjc Gamul Soraya (★4.4) About 30 minutes from the coast by boat. The main reef extends to 14m deep. The south side goes to 20m. There is little current but due to its size, it can be a bit windy and is not always approachable when winds are strong. Mares Robinson Club Soma Bay House Reef (★4.2) Entrance: beach/ shore, depth up to 12m, after approx. 180m relaxed from the beach, well suited for Scuba Skills Updates and Try Scuba. Centrum Nurkowe Aqarium, 78-100 Kołobrzeg Salem Express, wreck (★4.6) Travel time approx. 90 minutes. This wreck sank in 1991 with many casualties. The Salem Express is 110m long and 18m wide. She lies at a depth of 12-33m. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Shaab Hamdallah (★4.2) Approx. 90 minutes of travel time. This site can only be approached in calm weather, as there is no protective reef to stop on. Therefore, it is not dived frequently making it pristine and beautiful! ORCA DIVE CLUB SOMA BAY, Soma Bay Tobia Kebir (★4.3) An easy dive without much current, therefore suitable for beginner divers. From Tobia Kebir, you can make 3 different dives. Also diveable in bad weather. Aqualung Abu Helal (★4.6) 3 min drive south of the Canyon dive site located about 20 min from Dive Center.
