Aqualung Preza (★4.6) Less than 10 minutes boat trip from the fishermen village of Aliki the small island of Preza (Mikronisi) offers a nice plateau between 8 and 12 meters on its southwest side, with a small drop off at the end that reach 16 m . Travel time only 30 minutes, suitable for both beginners and advanced users Mares Pirate cove (★4.6) A small protected cove starting at 4 m depth and slowly going down till 28 m. Just a 12 minutes boat ride from Alyki port. Beautiful rock formations, swim through and fresh water springs where a rich marine life is growing. Aqualung Jacquarium (★5.0) Jacquarium is a wonderful drop off starting from a plateau at 10m and reaching a depth of 40+m. It is situated off the coast of Panteronisi after the well known Blue Lagoon, less than 10 minutes from Aliki. The site is named after a series of overhangs. Ioannis A. (#3117782) Big Anchor (★4.1) Big Anchor is a 400 year old anchor laying at 32m depth in the reef of Mononaftis. Around the reef there are plenty of other older anchors and newer ones as well, showing us that this place used to be a very popular natural port. Scubapro Labyrinth (★4.4) Labyrinth dive site is located in the southest edge of Antiparos, 15/20 minutes boat ride from Aliki village. The dive site reaches up to 30 meters depth. There is a nice swim trough and a few nice canyons to ’’climb’’. Scubapro North Wall of Artzentas (★5.0) A slow slope on the north part of Arsida island. Main attraction is the pottery scattered around from depths of 30 till the surface. All diving certification levels will enjoy this dive site. Beautiful steep wall that ends in an archway with a chance of lobsters as well as 2 caves and a grotto depth between 0 and 40m Aqualung Tsambika Moutain Amphitheater (★4.0) At the bottom of Tsambika mountain, south side of Kolymbia Beach, mooring with a blue buoy, can get quite windy at times, and bumpy sea, hence why not suitable for beginners. CRABDIVERS DIVE CENTER, 85103 RODOS Kolymbia harbour (★4.1) Easy location, mooring by the beach, start in shallow water, current can be found just outside of the bay, changing often. Excellent wall formation, usually no currents, but some time you may experience a light one. Great visibility. The acess is very easy through the Platform.Divers can reach direclty 30 meters if they descend to the west side.Also perfect for Skills update and beginners if you dive at the slope to the East side. Chania Diving Center, 73100 Chania Kamares South (★4.4) Very close to the port of Marathi in Akrotiri Chania, a beautiful bay for beginners and advanced divers. A wall of very rich interest with an average depth of 18m as well as a very beautiful gorge in the shallows. Travel time only 15 minutes, suitable for both beginners and advanced users Scubapro, Stephen Frink Bubble Beach (★4.6) Due to the volcanic activity on the island, this site allows us to observe an amazing natural underwater phenomenon at a maximum depth of 10 meters. Thousands of bubbles emanate from the volcanic seabed of the island to elegantly reach the surface! Meanwhile you are surrounded by schools of local marine life. Scubapro St.George (★3.8) In the eastern part of the island of Icaria is St. George Bay under the Drakano Tower. Two small bays side by side. Mares Lakkos (★4.1) We have the chance to have a beautiful reef full of life, starting at 3 meters depth and going down to 9 meters. Right after the reef, there is an impressive drop off, going deep down but we gently go deeper following the sloping bottom to observe different sea life and underwater landscapes.
