BALI FUN DIVING, 80224 Denpasar Selatan Gamat Bay (★4.5) A small bay in the west of Nusa Penida that has healthy coral in flat shallow area, followed by a slope that reaches more than 40 meters. One of the best places to spot Mola mola, or Oceanic sunfish, during the right season. Mares Sandy Slope (★4.3) Half way between Coral Garden and Dream Wall, Sandy Slope offers nice snorkeling on the top with soft and hard coral, sea fans, and loads of fish. If you swim towards the north, you will find a nice drop off to 40 meters deep. Yoeri D. (#3526102) Napoleon Reef (★4.4) Napoleon Reef is a popular dive site located offshore from Pemuteran in Bali, Indonesia. This site is named after the Napoleon wrasse, a large and distinctive fish species that can often be spotted in the area Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Tanjung Sari (★4.3) This site starts where the blue lagoon slope ends on the left hand side. The reef top lies at 8 meters and starts to slope down to 18-20 meters and stays relatively flat quite far out. Swimming along the slope towards the channel leads us to some quite interesting topography, canyon like rock formations. The topography consists of a wall covered by corals. This is a beginner friendly dive site. Highlights at this site include corals and macro critters. Max depth is 30 m. Mares, Janez Kranjc Dermaga Pulau Pramuka (★4.2) This Jetty is a perfect site to practice all of your diving skills. With an available platform at 6-meter depth, the situation creates safety for both students and instructors. On the northern side of this site, there are some artificial reef structures at the shallower, and some natural reefs in the vicinity. Scubapro Pulau Panggang Barat (★4.2) Pulau Panggang Barat (Western of Panggang Island) is a nice shallow reef that is covered by the Panggang Reef. This place is nice to dive, especially when the wind blows from the east. The contour is quite simple to follow, and the lighthouse can be used as the entry/exit reference. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Pulau Pramuka (★4.0) Pulau Pramuka Reef is an easy dive site for all levels of divers. Entering from the shore to the north, the reef is quite beautiful from 6-12 meters. There is a fiber boat ship wreck at a depth of 27m to the north and a smaller wreck at 14m to the south, to add joy to your diving. Coral Eye Resort Bangka, 95375 Manado Sahaung (★4.4) Sahaung is one of the most famous dive sites in the area. You dive between two beautiful pinnacles and will find yourself surrounded by colorful corals and sea fans. MANTA DIVE, Gili Trawangan Bounty Wreck, Gili Tarawang (★4.5) A 30m long sunken platform on the southwest side of Meno, this site is covered in hard and soft corals. The reef is a haven for many types of fish such as scorpion fish, stone fish, and juvenile batfish. Large schools of drummer fish are often seen here. Peter S. (#417559) Wakatobi House Reef (★4.6) Wakatobi Housereef is one of the most beautiful house reefs in the world. Entry directly from the jetty / beach or, depending on the current, shuttle service with boats. Incredible biodiversity on the steep face, you should definitely do several dives there during the day and at night to enjoy the high lights. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Mawan Komodo (★4.7) Mawan is a small island with white sand beaches and turquoise waters in central Komodo National Park. It holds many surprises for divers, offering huge inhabitants as well as a great macro marine life. Mawan is also a cleaning station for mantas. Divers and snorkelers alike can enjoy seeing them. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Siaba Besar (★4.5) Siaba Besar is a great combination of coral and sandy bottom, and has a gentle slope leading down to a channel. It is a wonderful dive site for all levels of divers, especially for beginners and dive courses, plus those who just want to relax and snorkel in a calm bay. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Manta Point , Makassar Reef (★4.6) Makasar Reef also called Karang Makasar or Manta Point is one of the best meeting sites for manta rays. Beginner divers and snorkelers can navigate this dive spot, offering a gentle drift dive at a depth of 10-15 m. You can dive at Manta Point all year around. Peter S. (#417559) Sidem (★4.5) Sidem is another great macro dive site, paradise for photographers by day and by night. Definitely a must see dive site for macro lovers! There is also a beautiful reef at this dive site! Aqualung Tiwoho (★4.4) This dive site is located on the mainland of Manado and is a kind of muck diving. It takes 15 minutes to get to this dive site by boat. This is the perfect dive site to see the famous mandarin fish. Mares, Janez Kranjc Biodiversity House Reef (★4.4) The reef in front of Biodiversity Jetty and continous all the way to Batu Lima starts at 2m dropping down to 20m. The reef has many hidden areas for species to hide MANTA DIVE, Gili Trawangan Meno Slope (★4.4) Located on the western shore of Gili Meno, Meno Slope offers a wide array of macro marine life and coral bombies. The sandy slope is a multi-level dive site with depths ranging from 5m to 30m. Amed Jepun Divers, 80852 Amed, Karangasem Tulamben Drop-Off (★4.5) Drop Off is slope down where on one side is a wall down to a deep water, mostly stay on maximum depth at 30 meters where reef is very nice well covers with soft coral. To dive is here is beach entry, as a diver should always check the SPG how much air left before turn swimming back to exit point. MANTA DIVE, Gili Trawangan Halik, Gili Trawangan (★4.6) A steep slope on the north side of Gili Trawangan, from 5m down to 24m with a series of gullies at the bottom. A series of gradually deeper ridges running parallel to the beach is located between 25m and 40m. Mares, Janez Kranjc Baong Penyu / Turtle Neck (★4.4) Located near Padang Bay, this harbor is in the eastern part of Bali. You take an outrigger boat from this harbor to just right behind Padang Bay’s Hill, about 15 minutes cruise, then you arrive at a dive site. Boat entry/exit. Dive along the wall. PT. BAHARI INTAN ABADI, 80224 Denpasar Selatan Baung Penyu Bay / Turtle Neck / The Wall (★4.4) A combination of coral reef with sandy rubble that forms a long slope and meets the wall at the end of the dive. The wall rises from a depth of 25 meters to 3 meters below the surface. Usually the dive will end in the blue lagoon bay with soft coral formations at a depth of 5 meters. Mares, Janez Kranjc Malibu Point (★4.7) Located on the east of Nusa Penida, Malibu Point is a wonderful bay with fantastic wall dives on the outside of the bay. Start your dives in the protected waters and venture out the bay if conditions are right, returning to the bay for your safety stop. MANTA DIVE, Gili Trawangan Biorocks (★4.2) A gentle slope just off the east end of Gili Trawangan that gets its name from the huge rays that can be seen here. A good muck dive, this is a house reef and was the recent location of a Bio Rock project. A total of 8 artificial reefs were installed that have attracted a variety of marine life. Amed Jepun Divers, 80852 Amed, Karangasem Japanese Shipwreck (Wreck) (★4.4) Easy access with porters waiting for you, but the pebble beach can make the entry and exit difficult if there are waves. The small wreck from 1m to 8m deep is nice for snorkelers and freedivers but very limited for scuba divers. The coral scenery is really beautiful. Be careful of upwelling currents. MANTA DIVE, Gili Trawangan Mirko's Reef (★4.4) On the east end of Meno you can find this long sea mound which stretches almost the whole length of the island. A beautiful deep dive, famous for the beautiful coral, where you can find lots of cool small stuff like glass shrimp and porcelain crabs. MANTA DIVE, Gili Trawangan Deep Turbo (★4.5) A great deep dive just off the east side of Gili Trawangan with spectacular topography. At 30 m this site has a sandy bottom between large sea mounds. These sea mounds range in size and have an interesting variety of overhangs and outcrops, the largest of which go up to about 18 m deep. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Police Corner (★4.6) Police Corner is located in the central area of Komodo National Park. Topography here include huge overhangs. This is an advanced dive site with a medium to strong current. Highlights include the beautiful soft and hard coral. Maximum depth is 30 m. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Pengah Kecil (★4.5) Pengah Kecil is a rocky island located in Central Komodo and offers plateaus, steep walls, and sloping reefs. Currents can be strong, thus diving is chosen according to the position/direction of the current, and always in the part not exposed to the current. A great site for macro marine life. Maximum depth is 30 m. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Three Sisters Komodo (★4.3) The Three Sisters are three large rocks all connected to each other, all covered with corals, blue sponges, and are teeming with life. You will dive in the shade of the current and finish the dive on the peaks which top at 6, 7 and 8 meters respectively. You may be lucky enough to spot rays crossing on the top of the pinnacles. Mares, Janez Kranjc Manta Point Sangalaki (★4.4) 60 minutes from Nabucco Islands and 30 minutes from Nunukan Islands is Sangalaki Island. Southeast of Sangalaki is Manta Point. The dive site is very shallow and has a sandy bottom. iDIVE Komodo, 86554 Labuan Bajo Castle Rock Komodo (★4.6) Castle Rock is an action-packed pinnacle located in the north of Komodo National Park. The pinnacle is positioned in an open body of water and the castle-like peak is submerged a few meters below the water’s surface. Scubapro Sampalan (Nusa Penida, Bali) (★4.6) Situated around the North East corner of Nusa Penida, Sampalan offers a drift with unusual coral formations and more fish than you can shake a fin at! Mares, Janez Kranjc Friwen Wall, Raja Ampat (★4.4) This dive site is unique in that it is one of the very few wall dives that the Dampier Straight has to offer. The start of the wall has two small caves where you can spot fish swimming upside down, a strange thing to see for the first time. As you descend you will meet large rocks covered by amazingly colored coral reefs. Toyapakeh often has strong and sometimes unpredictable currents. A sandy and rubble area starts at a depth of 5 meters followed by a sloping bottom where you can find various kinds of fish living on the ocean floor.
