Water temperatures vary seasonally, ranging from 14°C-18°C/57°F-64°F in winter to 24°C-28°C/75°F-82°F in summer, allowing for year-round diving possibilities. Visibility is generally good, often exceeding 20 meters/66 feet, but can be affected by seasonal weather changes. Wind and currents are factors to consider, especially during the transitional months of spring and autumn. The Meltemi wind, prevalent in summer, can sometimes cause choppy waters, but diving remains largely feasible.
