Mahos reef
★★★★★
(60)
At 18-22m a large reef forms through a sequence of massive rock formations, with peaks rising to around 15m. Access is by boat and the site suits OWD and Advanced divers. Typically good visibility, possible current and numerous cavities add interest to the exploration.
Sponges and starfish cover the reef, while moray eels hide in the cavities. Damselfish, seabream and red mullet move in schools, with amberjacks and large groupers standing out.
