Alung Banua
South Bunaken wall opposite the village of the same name. A sheltered reef top of foliose and hard coral leads to a vertical drop with canyons, small caves, overhangs and ledges. Mild current and good night-dive conditions.
Crocodilefish, leaf scorpionfish, ghost pipefish and frogfish hide in crevices. Green turtles, fusiliers, rabbitfish, snappers, anthias and sleeping whitetip sharks are regulars.
