Recently completed, the Otopeni Swimming Sports Complex is equipped with Olympic pools, intended for sport competitions in performance swimming, polo or artistic swimming. The sports arena, the main body of the complex, is intended entirely for swimming competitions, being structured in two areas.

The facilities of the complex include changing rooms for users, methodical rooms, medical office, conference rooms and sports broadcasts, a training room for jumping athletes.
