There are four moorings along this outflow pipe that are no longer in service. This is the 3rd farthest from the shoreline. Many critters along the pipe and in the surrounding reef.
This is a great macro diving site since there are so many critters that live along the pipe. You will see lots of shrimp species and small fish.
