Chester Frost park is popular Camping area as well a great place to do shallow SCUBA dives. It is on Chicamauga Lake in the Harrison Bay area of Chattanooga and is fed by the Tennessee River.
As with most fresh water dives in the area, you will see catfish, bass and brim. The visibility will vary depending on the flow of the river and rain.
