De Gavers
De Gavers is a nature and recreation area located in Harelbeke and Deerlijk, West Flanders. De Gavers was created in the 1960s by sand mining for the construction of the E17 freeway.
The maximum depth of the lake is about 15 meters. You will find mainly perch, pike, bream carp roach and freshwater crayfish. A sunken sailing yacht and a truck cabin.
