It is a 200 meter walk along the dike. Mean the left side of the breakwater otherwise you will end up in the harbor right away! The first part from the shore is quite shallow and sandy. At about 100m from the shore the bottom then goes steeply down (especially near the breakwater).
Everywhere you see life including sea squirts, eel pout, large pipefish, black goby in an empty oyster. On the steep parts, close to the pier, many sea squirts and sponges grow.
