La Isla
The Island is a distinctive dive site along the Tarragona coast, formed by an isolated rocky pinnacle surrounded by sandy seabed. Its walls, cracks, and small drop-offs create a dynamic and enjoyable dive suitable for all levels.
At The Island, you can often spot schools of seabream, saddled seabream and salema, along with octopus, moray eels and cuttlefish hiding among the rocks. Nudibranchs and crustaceans.
